We are not involved legally or officially with any government department, and therefore uphold the right of private citizens and the Privacy Act 1993 and its relevant amendments.
Due to the sensitive nature of our work, our Agents details and names can only be released to the Crown through the Prime Minister of New Zealand. If any person(s), organization(s) or a government department wishes to obtain information from us, please inform the ACCPS Privacy Officer.
The ACCPS is non-profit group, which operates within New Zealand Laws and Legislations.
